Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who visits, browses, or places an order through the Quoravixello website. Our products and services are directed at customers located within Hong Kong. If you are accessing our website from outside Hong Kong, please be aware that we do not currently offer delivery beyond the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and these terms are written with Hong Kong-based customers in mind.

Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product at the listed price. An order is received when you receive a confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any stage if we identify issues such as stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or concerns related to the delivery address provided.
All orders are subject to product availability at the time of placement. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is received, we will notify you promptly and offer either an alternative product or a cancellation of that order at no inconvenience to you.
We ask that all information submitted at checkout, including your name, delivery address, and contact details, be accurate and complete. Errors in this information can result in failed deliveries, and the responsibility for address accuracy rests with the customer at the point of checkout.
Payment
Quoravixello operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You do not pay for your order until it arrives at your door. This structure was chosen deliberately; it keeps the transaction transparent and puts you in control of your payment at every stage.
Because no upfront payment is collected, there are no card charges, digital wallet deductions, or pre-authorizations made at the time of placing an order. If for any reason a delivery cannot be completed and the order is returned to us, no payment will have been collected and no refund will be necessary.
Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order, but only within a specific window. Once an order has been placed, it enters our internal processing stage, which takes one working day. During this time, your order is being prepared and packaged for dispatch.
Cancellations are accepted only while the order has not yet been shipped. Since dispatch occurs after one working day of processing, you must submit your cancellation request before that working day concludes. To cancel, write to us at support@quoravixello.com as early as possible with your order details and a note that you wish to cancel.
If your cancellation request reaches us before the order has been shipped, we will confirm the cancellation and no payment will be collected, as our payment model is Cash on Delivery. If your request arrives after the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it at that stage. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the delivery at the door, in which case no payment is owed, and contact us afterward if you believe a return may be applicable under our Return and Refund Policy.
We encourage customers to review their orders cautiously before confirming, as the one working day processing window moves quickly.
Shipping
All orders are dispatched within one working day of being placed and delivered within Hong Kong in one to two working days thereafter, making the total delivery timeline two to three working days. Delivery is free of charge for all orders. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. The return pickup is arranged by us at no cost to you. Refunds, where applicable, are processed via bank transfer within one working day of acceptance, with amounts typically reflecting in your account within seven to eight working days depending on your bank. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, and details on our website are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to differences in screen calibration across devices. These variations do not constitute grounds for a return unless the delivered product is materially different from what was described.
If you notice a significant discrepancy between what was advertised and what was delivered, please contact us at support@quoravixello.com and we will address it under our Return and Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Quoravixello website, including product images, text, branding, layout, and design, is the property of Quoravixello and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission. Unwanted use of our content is a violation of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action under applicable Hong Kong law.
Limitation of Liability
Quoravixello will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics disruptions, adverse weather conditions, public emergencies, or errors in delivery information provided by the customer.
Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Your Personal Data and the PDPO
Quoravixello collects and processes personal data, including your name, delivery address, contact number, and, where applicable, bank details for refunds, strictly for the purposes of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it.
All personal data is handled in full compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 548) of Hong Kong, commonly known as the PDPO. Under the PDPO, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with third parties, such as delivery partners, who require it to fulfill your order, and only for that purpose. Personal data shared with third parties is subject to the same standards of protection we apply internally.
